• I was contracted as a product owner to lead teams of incoming compliance/ops analysts through the Specialisterne neurodiversity hiring initiative externship, (led by Adrian Jones, Chairman-Global Equity) with coaching from several VPs, executives, and division heads at Goldman.

• Our presentation was called Street Smart: A cryptocurrency trading app made for the downtrodden, that alleviates the homelessness crisis going on in America today. It allows homeless people a chance to receive, trade, and send currency at a low cost and high speed. They can use this currency to purchase necessities like food, shelter, and clothing that can improve their way of life. Our startup’s backbone were funds from the Florida Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) (which we nationalized for every US state) times all the homeless people in the US.
Overview of the Street Smart project:
1.) Individuals participating in the WIOA can purchase essential items with cryptocurrency using the app.
2.) Transactions are hosted on the blockchain are secure and therefore protected from malfeasance and tampering.
3.) Job positions are listed on the app and individuals can apply for jobs with one click. A profile is stored containing information such as skills trainings completed with WIOA, core competencies, and skillsets, and any relevant job history including veteran status information.
4.) Jobs may contain temporary work analogous to shift, gig, and contract work.
5.) Corporate sponsors can apply to be members and use the application for hiring initiatives.
6.) Transportation details are included in the app such as shuttle services to and from shelters and relevant addresses.
7.) Addresses to shelters, important government offices (health and human services), and food banks are included in the app.
